The foam of my terrarium turns yellow:
If your moss is yellow, it may have been in the sun a little too long, or you may have forgotten to water. No worries, you can try several methods.
1. Spray water into your terrarium, count two sprays per foam. If you don't have a spray bottle, you can use a tablespoon. Then pour one to two tablespoons of water over the foam, depending on its size. Keep your terrarium tightly closed and observe if the foam turns green again, repeat the operation on next day if the foam is still dry to the touch. If the moss does not turn green again, try method 2.
2. Remove your foam from terrarium. Just grab it gently by the edges. Bathe it(let it soak) in cool water for half an hour or an hour, then squeeze it out by pressing on it, not too hard.
3. If your foam is still yellow, it is probably too late for it... Don't panic, foam can be replaced, if you have had your terrarium for less than a month you can contact our customer service, otherwise click here to get a new one. To reposition it and breathe new life into your terrarium, place it gently, and be sure to press it in properly.

The plants on my terrarium are becoming wilted:
If your plant's leaves are withered, soft, tired or drooping, your terrarium may be a little dry. Touch the foam, if it is not wet, or little, spray some water (a few sprays) into the terrarium, or take a spoon and pour water on the foam , and at the base of dry plants. Keep the terrarium closed until it condenses, if the plant does not straighten up you will have to remove it. You can replace it by digging a small hole in the ground so you can repot a new plant. My ficus is losing its leaves:
Don't forget to collect them all ! If they remain on the surface of your terrarium, they risk becoming moldy due to high humidity.
The cause of the problem can be either excess humidity, or lack of watering. Excess humidity is characterized by constant condensation , your terrarium may eventually be heavy to lift. You must then open your terrarium more regularly, until it returns to a lower humidity level. If your terrarium is too dry, water it as mentioned above : spray water on the moss, bathe it if it is very dry, and close the terrarium. If after a few days it does not produce condensation, repeat the operation.
Your Ficus should be growing again, don't hesitate to prune it to encourage the growth of new leaves. If you prefer, you can replace it.

Insects are wandering around inside my terrarium :
insects go hand in hand with the earth and plants, however there are several ways to get rid of them, or limit their presence. If some have become encrusted in your terrarium, you can open it and let it dry for a few hours. Midges love moist soil.
You can also dilute a few drops of black soap in a spray bottle, and apply a little pressure on the walls of the jar, this should keep the little creatures away.

White moss is present on my plants:
If a thin white film forms on your ficus or on the surface of your moss, this is due to excess humidity. Open your terrarium for an hour, and be sure to open it when your terrarium produces condensation or mist. You can scrape the moss with a brush to remove it.
We hope that you have found a solution to your problem, do not hesitate to consult the maintenance guide again if you have any doubts, or to send us a short message, we will give you personalized advice. :)
