  How to use it?
  Using the mix is ​​easy! Start by removing as much of the old soil as possible. Gently squeeze the pot while holding it sideways to loosen the plant. Run the roots under warm tap water to remove the last bits.
  Also, make sure to remove any dead foliage that may still be on the plant using scissors. Your plant is now ready to receive its new Alocasia mix soil. Add a small layer of Alocasia mix to the bottom of the pot.
  Place the plant in the pot and slowly add Alocasia mix soil to the sides to fill it in. Make sure that the point where the roots join the plant is just buried under the Alocasia mix soil.
  Lightly tap the Alocasia mix into the pot. Be sure to water the Alocasia thoroughly after repotting, as this helps to settle the mix and the roots.
  Why does substrate mixing work?
  Alocasia mix contains vermiculite instead of the more common perlite. This allows the soil to stay moist for longer. Vermiculite holds moisture very well and slowly releases it back into the soil. This makes it easier to keep your Alocasia mix evenly moist and reduces watering time, giving you more time to admire your plant!
