How we work
At
Today we are proud to have a delivery success rate of 92%, which demonstrates our expertise in the delivery of living products and our 6 years of experience in this field. However, it may happen that some plants arrive in poor condition or that there is some soil scattered when opening the box.
Rest assured, we always find a solution when the complaint is justified. We also ask for your indulgence as these are live products. We do everything we can to guarantee the best possible quality.
Important: You have 5 days from the delivery date to file a complaint, otherwise we will not be able to respond to your request.
Upon receipt of your order
Accept the package: Always accept the package, even if the packaging is damaged. The plant may be in good condition and that is what matters most. Refusing the package will result in a longer time to process the request. Take photos and file a complaint to streamline exchanges.
Unpacking: Upon receipt of your package, carefully remove your plants from the box. Handle them with care to avoid damaging the leaves or stems.
Placement: Place your plants in a bright location but protected from direct sunlight. Avoid placing them near a heat source.
Watering: Check the humidity of the potting soil by touching the surface. If the soil is dry, water lightly. Some plants may need a few hours to a few days to adapt to their new environment.
Common problems and solutions
Slightly damaged plants: If some leaves are broken or damaged during transport, do not worry. Carefully cut off damaged leaves. New healthy leaves will grow in replacement.
Yellowed leaves: Plants may suffer stress during transport and some leaves may turn yellow. Place them in a bright location and let photosynthesis do its work. The leaves should return to their normal color after a few days.
Spilled potting soil: If you find potting soil in the box, simply put it back in the pot. This will not affect the health of the plant.
Parcel not received: If Chronopost declares your parcel delivered even though you have not received it, before contacting us, start by asking your neighbors or check your mailbox. If you can't find it, contact us.
Remote relay point: If your package is delivered to a distant relay point, we strongly encourage you to do everything you can to collect it. This will avoid additional delays and complications in processing your request.
Important: Chronopost is an independent service and we unfortunately have no control over their operations. We selected them for their seriousness, their speed of delivery and their expertise. If the delivery person does not call you or if your package is delivered to a relay point while you were at home, unfortunately we cannot do anything about it. Delivery problems may occur, whether at
Complaints and exceptions
Claims accepted:
- Incorrect plants: If we sent a different species than the one you ordered.
- Incorrect quantity: If the number of plants received does not match your order.
- Incorrect size: If the plant is shorter or longer by more than 10% or if the pot size differs by more than 2 cm.
- Parcel not received: If Chronopost declares your parcel delivered even though you have not received it, before contacting us, start by asking your neighbors or check your mailbox. If you can't find it, contact us.
To file a claim, complete the complaint form and attach photos if your type of claim requires it. For damaged plants we need a general photo of the plant and a photo of the damaged area. For size issues, take a photo with a ruler or tape measure, measuring from the base of the pot.
Claims not accepted:
- Plants with spilled soil.
- If you have requested a modification in advance from Chronopost: postpone a delivery date or delivery to a relay point.
- Plants whose size differs by less than 10% or whose pot differs by less than 2 cm.
- Plants with broken or yellowed leaves: These problems usually resolve themselves after a few days.
- After 5 days of delivery.
Note: No returns are possible because we sell live products. There is therefore no right of withdrawal.
Checking order information
To ensure fast delivery, orders are generally prepared very quickly. If you have entered the wrong address or requested a correction, we cannot guarantee that your request will be fulfilled. The same goes for a change of date or modification of an order.
