La Green Touch is a young dynamic French startup based in Saint Maur des Fossés.
We specialize in indoor plant decoration : plants, terrariums, decoration products and DIY kits!
Our products are distributed on our site www.lagreentouch.fr, in our Plant Store concept located in Paris 12th but also during our big plant sales that we organize throughout France. Our team of enthusiasts is looking to expand, many projects are to be launched with the aim of offering a plant-based escape accessible to all.
This is why we are looking for  :

1/ ALTERNATE - Social media and brand content manager

The manager of social networks and multimedia content aims to attract and retain the loyalty of digital audience through different multimedia means. He or she will work collaboratively with the entire team to carry out projects according to needs but also for their own video communication channels.

Main missions :

• Social media
  • Management and animation of the editorial planning on the social networks Instagram and Facebook
  • Creation and management of editorial planning adapted to video media (Youtube, Tiktok and Real...)
• Multimedia content
  • Creation of video content on various digital media and our website
  • Internalization of certain photo shoots and organization of shooting sessions with photographers

• Assist the co-founder on the development of the brand platform and development of story telling

Profile sought :

• Bac + 4
• Creative
• Knowledge - ease in photoshop, video, multimedia, editorial
• A spelling test must be carried out
• A sensitivity to the plant world would be a plus.

Position based in Saint Maur des ditches, travel to the store in 12^e, Partial homework authorized.
Position to be filled at the beginning of September 2022.

2/ ALTERNATIVE - Customer Care and customer marketing

In charge of our E-reputation and the satisfaction of our customers on the web and community, social and review platforms, the customer satisfaction and relations manager will have to manage the following subjects :

• Customer relations
  • Take care of incoming customer requests (emails, calls, chat, reviews, etc.)
  • Provide a solution to the various problems you will be faced with and report blocking issues to the co-founders
• Project Management : creation of the LGT community platform and project dedicated to plants
• Customer marketing
  • Establishment of a loyalty program
  • Launch of relationship marketing campaigns Newsletter
  • Merchandising on site : Liven up our site and offer commercial offers

Profile wanted :

• Bac + 4
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• A sensitivity to the plant world would be a plus.

3/ ALTERNANT - Marketing, events & business development project management

• Events
  • Location search
  • Help with organizing the event and on-site management
  • Communication
• B2B
  • Develop our B2B Business offer
  • Contact companies
  • Animate our Linkedin account and our pages linked to our company
  • Development of partnerships
• Marketplace
  • Development and management of marketplaces
• Assist the co-founder on other upcoming projects

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Be organized
• A spelling test must be carried out
• A sensitivity to the plant world would be a plus.
