Make sure the water does not exceed this line, otherwise the orchid's roots will be in the water. The plant doesn't like this.\n\nStep 2 Push the WaterWicks into the bottom of the grow pot until the stick is completely gone.\n\nStep 3 Ensure the WaterWicks are underwater. WaterWicks allow plants to obtain water.
